VEHICLE REPLACEMENT ADVISORY BOARD

Meeting called to order 8:05 a.m.
Attendance: Glenn Royals, Anne Ruwet, Pennie Zucco, Alice Proulx – Teleconference: Bob Conforti and Emil Castro
Alice provided handout showing most recent update to vehicle replacement schedule. Brief discussion concluded that the replacement schedule needed more in-depth discussion at a time when Mr. Castro could be available.
Motion made by Anne Ruwet, seconded by Glenn Royals: Move to approve and recommend to city council and Board of Finance that the funding for this fiscal year be set at $800,000.00 with further review of detail of the replacement schedule to occur at a later date. Vote was unanimous.
Motion made by Anne Ruwet seconded by Bob Conforti to adjourn made at 8:35 a.m. Vote was unanimous.
